US law and is serviced by either the United States Postal Service and/or international
carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Although 99% of all packages arrive to their destination
without incident, the occasion does arise when orders are lost, stolen, or
otherwise misplaced during delivery. Nutrasal takes all necessary
precautions to ensure your shipment is packaged correctly, and that all customs
declarations and markings are made in accordance with required specifications
to ensure customs clearance and delivery. Should a package be misplaced in
route, we do everything possible to track, investigate, and make claims if
needed for the missing parcel(s).

refunds on international returns or lost packages.
